Job Summary: Organizational Assistant to manage key human talent, organizational development, and ethical communication functions within financial services. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the MOF and performance evaluation processes. 2. Design and monitor measurements of workplace climate and internal NPS. 3. Develop and update corporate talent management policies. Requirements What We Are Looking For: **Education:** Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable experience as an Organizational Assistant. **Technical Skills:** Intermediate Excel proficiency. Experience developing and updating the Organization and Functions Manual (MOF) and job descriptions. Knowledge of workplace climate and NPS measurement. Experience managing performance evaluation processes. Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes, including support in induction talks.
