Job Summary:
Responsible for comprehensive personnel management in projects, including recruitment, accreditation, attendance control, documentation, and regulatory compliance, ensuring team well-being.

Responsibilities:
* Recruitment of personnel through job announcements, coordinated with the site resident.
* Procurement of office equipment and materials.
* Timely procurement and distribution of PPEs to project personnel.
* Personnel accreditation (authorization) for photocheck issuance.
* Preparation and updating of personnel accreditation status, as required by management and HR Lima.
* Arranging transportation of out-of-town personnel to the worksite (mobility, accommodation, meals).
* Documentation of personnel onboarding, offboarding, or termination as applicable.
* Development of an active personnel database.
* Maintaining daily attendance records for project personnel, monitoring working hours and absences.
* Keeping personnel files (dossiers) up to date.
* Distribution of the Internal Work Regulations (RIT) to project personnel.
* Ensuring compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, company and client policies, and values.
* Managing contingency expenses related to COVID-19 for workers. Collecting and submitting cost reports to the Site Resident for subsequent billing to the client.
* Personnel authorization for SSOMA induction; scheduling of on-site SSOMA training sessions, coordinated with the client–mining company.
* Coordinating health surveillance for COVID-19 (e.g., COVID-19 testing, quarantine, medical clearance, etc.). Collecting and submitting cost reports to the Site Resident for billing to the client.
* Timely distribution of payroll slips to all personnel.
* Scheduling of pre-employment, annual, and exit medical examinations for personnel.
* Periodic application for SCTR and Life Insurance (as mandated by law) for active project personnel.
* Preparation of monthly labor obligations (as required by the client).
* Performing other duties related to this position.

Requirements:
· Degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions.
Work Location: (Mining Camp)
Work Schedule: 21 × 7
Full statutory payroll including all legally mandated benefits.
Salary: S/.3,000.00 – S/.3,500.00 per month
