Facilitates collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. **Date:** 23 Jul 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Define, develop, and lead the corporate-level implementation of the Business Continuity Management model, aiming to strengthen capabilities for prevention, response, recovery, and restoration of operations following disruptive events. Supervise and coordinate key activities to fulfill the annual Business Continuity plan, ensuring methodological consistency, alignment with business units, and continuous improvement of continuity strategies, plans, tests, and exercises.**What will you do in your role?** Propose, update, and deploy the Business Continuity policy, governance model, and methodology, ensuring practical application across business units and geographies, as applicable. Supervise the proper execution of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and the prioritization of critical processes within defined countries and business units. Lead the identification, assessment, and updating of failure scenarios that could impact operational continuity, considering dependencies on people, technology, infrastructure, suppliers, logistics, and industrial operations. Identify, assess, and maintain up-to-date response protocols for prioritized scenarios under the Corporate Business Continuity Program. Design, validate, and document continuity and recovery strategies with business owners, considering people, facilities, technology, suppliers, inventory, transportation, maintenance, quality, and critical services. Design, update, and deploy Business Continuity Plans per process, function, or scenario, aligning responsible parties, activation criteria, escalation flows, and response actions. Plan, coordinate, and supervise the annual program of continuity tests, drills, and exercises—including technological recovery (DRP), industrial recovery, and crisis management exercises—as appropriate. Design and execute training, awareness, and support activities for critical areas, ensuring responsible personnel understand their roles in continuity and crisis plans.**What do we need from you?** * Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Risk Management, Operations, or related fields. * Software proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP or other ERP systems (Intermediate level). * Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, Risk Management, Process Management, Project Management, and technological/DRP recovery (desirable). * Standards and frameworks: ISO 22301, ISO 22313, ISO 31000, ISO 27031, BCI Good Practice Guidelines or equivalents (desirable). * Minimum 3\-4 years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Risk Management, Internal Control, Distribution, or Business Continuity Risk Consulting. * Minimum 2\-3 years participating in the implementation of Business Continuity models, BIA, strategy definition, continuity plans, testing, drills—or even as part of teams coordinating responses to events such as natural disasters, utility outages, and other incidents affecting operational continuity. * Experience facilitating collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and corporate functions. * Certification in ISO 22301, CBCI/CBCP, Risk Management, or Project Management (desirable).
