Position Summary: Provides support to the Training team in attendance registration, training plan management, indicator development, and digital project proposals, creating the best training experience. Opportunity to propose and implement Training and Selection projects. **Date:** Jun 17, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Provide support to the Training team regarding attendance registration, training plan management, indicator development, digital project proposals, dashboard creation, contributing to the best training experience and other departmental processes for employees and internal customers. **What will you do in this role?** * Register and track attendance records for operator training sessions and various training modalities. * Regularly update training indicators and generate reports for client delivery. * Participate in designing and executing dashboard updates, and propose improvements. * Participate in and support the execution and updating of operator training plans. * Provide logistical support before and during technical training deployments. * Propose, implement, and monitor Training, Selection, and digital projects. **What do we need from you?** * Students in their 7th or 8th semester of Systems Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering. * Knowledge and experience with databases, dashboards, and data analysis. * Programming language proficiency is highly desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps. * Advanced-level proficiency in Excel (including macros). * Intermediate-level English proficiency.
