Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead strategic procurement and raw material sourcing within an agro-industrial operation. Key Highlights: 1. Leads strategic procurement and raw material sourcing. 2. Negotiates and develops national and international suppliers. 3. Plays a key role in ensuring quality and continuity of agro-industrial supply. **PROCUREMENT AND SOURCING COORDINATOR** We are seeking a professional to lead strategic procurement and raw material sourcing, ensuring availability, quality, cost-efficiency, and continuity of supply for our agro-industrial operation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and negotiate purchases of raw materials, inputs, and supplies. * Identify, evaluate, qualify, and develop national and international suppliers. * Negotiate pricing, volumes, commercial terms, and supply contracts. * Identify new supply sources and alternative suppliers. * Analyze costs and savings opportunities within assigned categories. * Ensure timely availability of raw materials for operations. * Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery compliance. * Participate in the development of new raw materials, products, and alternative sourcing options. * Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Commercial departments to ensure supply continuity. * Propose and implement KPIs and process improvements in procurement and sourcing. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Agribusiness, Agro-Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Sourcing. * Experience in supplier negotiation and development. * Experience in agro-industrial companies, food, superfoods, natural ingredients, or organic products. * Preferred experience working with agricultural suppliers and/or agro-industrial raw materials. * Preferred knowledge of organic certifications and traceability. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate English proficiency. **PROFILE WE SEEK** A strategic-minded procurement professional with strong negotiation skills and results orientation, capable of building long-term supplier relationships while ensuring consistent raw material supply for the business. This position has a strong emphasis on Strategic Procurement and Procurement, so direct experience managing suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, and developing supply alternatives is essential. **WORK CONDITIONS** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Commuting assistance to the plant from Benavides (round trip) * EPS and/or Private Health Insurance Application Question(s): * Do you have experience purchasing agro-industrial raw materials, organic products, or superfoods and developing agricultural suppliers?
