Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to acquire and manage clients in the construction and mining sectors, promoting machinery, equipment, and technical services. Development of long-term business relationships We are looking for a results-oriented B2B Sales Executive responsible for acquiring and managing clients in the construction and mining sectors, promoting the sale of specialized machinery, equipment, and technical services. Main Responsibilities * Prospect and acquire new clients (construction companies, mining firms, contractors) * Manage client portfolio and build long-term business relationships * Conduct field sales visits * Identify client needs and offer technical solutions * Prepare and submit quotations * Conduct continuous follow-up until sale closure * Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, production, technical service) * Achieve monthly sales targets * Prepare commercial management reports Profile Requirements * Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (ideally in machinery, tools, or related industries) * Fieldwork experience * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to achieving targets * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools * Availability for client visits * Existing client portfolio is desirable We Offer * Base salary * Transportation allowance (commuting expenses) * Commissions based on target achievement * Growth opportunities * Positive work environment * Commercial career development path Location: Central Lima Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
