Monitoring physical and financial progress **Position Summary** We seek a candidate with proven experience to assume the role of Construction Manager / Contract Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall project leadership, ensuring achievement of technical, economic, and contractual objectives, as well as monitoring the project’s overall progress. **Main Responsibilities** * Represent the contractor before the client and assume overall responsibility for construction management. * Ensure achievement of the project’s technical, economic, and contractual objectives. * Monitor physical and financial progress, coordinating directly with the Resident Engineer and specialists. * Guarantee implementation of quality, safety, and environmental management systems. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Sanitary Engineering, duly registered with the relevant professional association and legally authorized to practice. * Minimum of 48 months’ experience as Construction Manager, Director, Head, Resident Engineer, Supervisor, Inspector, Engineer, Coordinator, or Contract Administrator in the execution, inspection, or supervision of sanitation works (potable water and/or sewerage). * Experience counted from date of professional registration. ***TO APPLY:*** **Submit a documented CV including your professional degree certificate, current professional association registration certificate, and employment experience certificates.** Salary: S/.10,000\.00 per month Experience: * five: 4 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
