Providing support in the development and implementation of integrated technological solutions with **SAP Business One**, contributing to process automation, information optimization, and continuous improvement across various organizational departments. Key Responsibilities * Analyze user requirements and develop solutions using Add\-ons and web applications integrated with SAP Business One. * Develop SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and processing. * Create and maintain reports using Query Manager and Crystal Reports. * Support report and process automation through queries, scripts, and digital tools. * Validate the quality and integrity of data recorded in SAP Business One. * Prepare manuals, instructional guides, and documentation for implemented solutions. * Provide user support and training to ensure correct usage of developed applications. * Propose improvements that contribute to optimizing processes and maximizing system utilization. Requirements * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience developing solutions or providing support for **SAP Business One**. * Proficiency in development with **JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Visual Studio**. * Experience with **SQL Server** and databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. * Knowledge of **Power Platform** (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint). * Familiarity with process modeling, procedure documentation, and manual preparation. * Availability to provide user support and accompany users during solution implementation. * Preferred experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or mining sectors.
