Incident and accident investigation, implementing corrective actions. TCARGO XPRESS S.A.C. is seeking an SSOMA Professional! We are a company specialized in cargo transportation, chemical supplies (IQBF), hazardous materials, and general cargo. We deliver safe and efficient logistics solutions, backed by a committed team and a fleet under continuous modernization. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing SSOMA-related duties. * **Knowledge and experience in SSOMA management for the mining sector**, including homologation processes and compliance with standards required by mining units. * Experience in developing and managing documentation for homologation of mining clients. * Knowledge of current regulations on Occupational Safety and Health, Environment, and Transportation. * Experience conducting trainings, inductions, safety inspections, and incident investigations. Responsibilities * Develop, update, and control SSOMA Management System documentation. * Deliver trainings, inductions, and safety talks to staff. * Conduct safety inspections and prepare corresponding reports. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures. * Investigate work-related incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions. * Supervise compliance with safety procedures and regulations. * Manage documentation required by clients to meet SSOMA standards. * Coordinate occupational medical examinations, PPE distribution, and other related activities. * Other duties inherent to the position. Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.1,900.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
