Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to oversee and verify compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards, and to promote a prevention-oriented culture. Promotion of a strong prevention and safety culture **MADERA Y SERVICIOS PERU S.A.C.** is looking for an **SSOMA Supervisor** to join our team. \*Requirements * Professional in **Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * **Licensed and duly registered**. * Minimum of **3 years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor**. * Knowledge of current Peruvian regulations on **Occupational Safety and Health and the Environment**. * Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and controls (**IPERC**). * Knowledge of developing and implementing **Safe Work Practices (ATS), safety inspections, work permits, and SSOMA reports**. * Leadership ability, effective communication, and teamwork skills. * Commitment to risk prevention and adherence to safety standards. \*Main Responsibilities * Supervise and verify compliance with **Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental** standards and procedures. * Identify hazards and assess risks, establishing appropriate control measures. * Conduct safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions. * Supervise the proper use of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**. * Deliver safety talks and training to personnel. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date SSOMA documentation and records. * Participate in the investigation and follow-up of work-related incidents and accidents. * Promote a strong **prevention and safety culture** across operations. Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
