Position Summary: OASI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate vehicles, manage projects, and ensure regulatory compliance in cargo transportation. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR with the following profile:** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate and/or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Full-time availability. * Experience as a transportation supervisor/coordinator (2+ years), route planner, or similar role (minimum 6 months). * Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory). * 2 years’ experience in transportation (mandatory). * Residency in Comas or neighboring districts (Los Olivos, Carabayllo, Puente Piedra, SMP, etc.). * Technical skills in logistics and transportation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and allocate vehicles for daily scheduling in Lima and provinces. * Ensure adherence to service levels agreed upon with internal clients. * Manage ad-hoc client-requested projects, including presenting schedules, budgets, and progress reports to internal clients. * Knowledge of last-mile delivery. * Maintain a national network of transporters and agents for daily operations. * Collect and store all information regarding completed services. * Ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard the safety and condition of both physical assets and materials/infrastructure owned by the company. * Manage third-party vendors and maintain contact with suppliers. * Monitor transportation cost budgets and potential variations; special attention must be paid to fuel consumption control. **COMPETENCIES:** * Responsible * Punctual * Proactive **BENEFITS:** * Offered salary: **S/1,800–S/2,500** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Benefits according to law // MYPE regime. * Immediate and full availability during the following hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM–5:30 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM–1:30 PM). **CONTACT VIA WHATSAPP AT 940 542 137, MENTIONING THE POSITION NAME: "TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR", AND SEND YOUR CV** “Our organization maintains an inclusive hiring policy and therefore invites all individuals to participate in this selection process.” APPLY NOW AND JOIN OUR CORPORATE FAMILY!
