On behalf of our client in the automotive \-truck industry, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of: **TRUCK AFTER-SALES ENGINEER.\-INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH** You will lead the after-sales and technical support strategy, ensuring high-quality standards in diagnostic, maintenance, warranty, and technical service processes, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and compliance with factory-established guidelines. **PROFILE:** * Mechanical Engineer * Mechatronics Engineer * Automotive Engineer OR * Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Experience with Chinese diesel, CNG, and LNG trucks, both light- and heavy-duty. * Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, diagnostic systems, scanners, and software. * Basic knowledge of electric vehicles for diagnosis and technical support. * Intermediate English for communication with manufacturers and training sessions. * Leadership ability and post-sales team management skills. * **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Diagnose failures and prepare technical reports. * Manage warranties with manufacturers. * Supervise repairs and direct the technical team. * Control PDI, after-sales, spare parts, and inventory. * Train and provide technical support to technical staff. * **EXPERIENCE:** * ** Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions within the truck automotive sector.** * **Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.** * **Valid driver's license** * **Class A\-I license (desirable).** Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.6,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
