Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to oversee the receipt, dispatch, and storage of goods, manage inventory, and coordinate with other departments to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse. You will develop your organizational skills, planning abilities, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities** * Monitor the receipt and dispatch of goods, supplies, and materials. * Verify proper receipt and storage of products. * Record warehouse movements in the system. * Maintain up-to-date physical and system-based inventory. * Conduct cyclic and comprehensive inventory counts. * Monitor product rotation (FIFO/FEFO as applicable). * Prepare and verify shipments. * Generate stock and inventory reports. * Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics departments. * Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with established procedures. **Requirements** * Certified technician or graduate in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in inventory control, and in goods receipt and dispatch. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * ERP system experience is desirable. * Knowledge of goods receipt, storage, and dispatch procedures. * Familiarity with Good Storage Practices (GSP) is desirable. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * High sense of responsibility. * Honesty and integrity. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Analytical ability. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. **Working Conditions** * Working hours: Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Availability to work overtime when required by operations. * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from the first day of employment. * Compensation: S/ 1,400 monthly + bonus * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
