Conducts inventory control and coordinates with logistics **SC INGENIERÍA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN SAC,** is seeking (1) Warehouse Assistant for the Nexa Cajamarquilla project. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Higher education or technical studies in Administration, Inventory Control, Warehousing, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or similar roles within Metallurgical-Mechanical Industries **TRAINING:** * Knowledge of inventories and warehousing * Occupational Safety and Health Induction * Proficiency in software: Windows, Microsoft Office, and Excel (Basic level) **JOB SUMMARY:** Execute and control warehouse operations, ensuring proper registration, organization, preservation, and dispatch of materials, tools, and equipment in accordance with established procedures and the project's operational requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** a. Receive, verify, and register materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment entering the warehouse. b. Perform physical counts and validate delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders. c. Record incoming and outgoing movements in the ERP system or internal forms. d. Organize and store materials correctly, following safety, rotation, and classification criteria. e. Prepare and execute dispatches to construction sites, plants, or mining units according to internal requirements. f. Conduct cyclic, monthly, and annual inventories. g. Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse. h. Monitor minimum stock levels and alert regarding shortages or replenishment needs. i. Inspect the condition of tools and equipment, managing repairs or replacements. j. Support asset management and control of tools assigned to personnel. k. Coordinate with the logistics and procurement departments to ensure timely supply.
