Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and creative Web & UX/UI Designer to lead the design and development of digital ecosystems for clients in technical and industrial sectors. Key Highlights: 1. At **MSF CREATIVE**, we are looking for a **Web Designer \& UX/UI** for our **SURCO** office with a distinctly strategic, creative, and results-driven focus. This role is critical to leading the design, development, redesign, and maintenance of digital ecosystems for our key clients in technical and industrial sectors. **Requirements:** * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or Technical/University graduate in **Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, Systems Engineering, Web Design**, or related fields. * Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in web design and development within agencies or dynamic commercial environments. * **WordPress \& Elementor Pro (Advanced Level):** Expert-level proficiency in layout, customization, and resolving performance/speed issues in this CMS. * **E\-commerce (WooCommerce):** Proven experience building e-commerce stores and integrating local payment gateways (Niubiz, Culqi, IziPay, Mercado Pago, etc.). * **Design Tools:** Advanced proficiency in **Figma** (design systems, prototyping) and fluent use of **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator** for adapting graphic assets to the digital environment. * **SEO and Basic Coding:** Knowledge of basic technical SEO (tag structures, URLs) and fundamentals of **HTML and CSS** for specific design customizations. * **Visual Style:** Clean, organized, and corporate aesthetic judgment—ideal for industrial and engineering brands. * Courses or diplomas in **User Experience and Interface Design (UI/UX)** (preferred). * Specialization in **No\-Code Web Design / CMS (Advanced WordPress)**. * Certified knowledge in **Web Performance Optimization (WPO) and Basic Technical SEO**. * Availability to work hybrid in Surco (near Benavides Bridge), Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM. **Main Responsibilities:** * **E\-commerce and Landing Page Development:** Design and build e-commerce stores and landing pages from scratch, focused on B2B conversion, usability, and modern product architecture. * **Redesign and Optimization (WPO):** Diagnose, redesign, and optimize existing websites built on **WordPress / Elementor Pro** to dramatically improve loading speed, performance, and user experience. * **Efficient Content Management:** Rapid upload and structured organization of product catalogs, technical datasheets, specifications, and multimedia content—prioritizing order and optimization of website resources. * **UI/UX Interface Design:** Create functional schematics, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma following *mobile\-first*, readability, and brand consistency principles. * **SEO\-Friendly \& GEO Copywriting:** Write blog articles, campaign landing pages, and product descriptions optimized to match search intent on both traditional Google and AI-powered search responses (ChatGPT Search, Perplexity). * **Dynamic Catalog Management:** Upload, update, and structure products in **WordPress (WooCommerce)**, ensuring correct inclusion of technical datasheets, attributes, metadata (titles, descriptions), headings (H1, H2\), and alternative text (Alt text) for images. * **On\-Page Strategy:** Implement strategically researched keywords into product pages to maximize conversion and qualified traffic. * **Maintenance and Technical Support:** Identify and resolve technical errors, update plugins, secure databases, and integrate commercial tools (dynamic forms, WhatsApp buttons, tracking pixels). * **Coordinated Work:** Closely collaborate with the marketing team, graphic design team, and project coordination to ensure precise execution of design intent and adherence to deadlines. **Benefits:** * Hybrid work model with an excellent workplace culture grounded in mutual respect and goal achievement. * Market-aligned compensation structure tied to deliverables. **PLEASE ATTACH YOUR PORTFOLIO** Application Questions: * Which district do you live in?
