Job Summary: VERDUM PERÚ SAC seeks proactive Quality Assistants to ensure product quality and safety in all stages of the process, from production to dispatch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality and safety at all stages. 2. Supervise Good Manufacturing Practices. VERDUM PERÚ SAC is a leading company in the food sector and is currently seeking two Quality Assistants. If you are proactive, initiative-driven, and eager to take on new challenges, this is your opportunity to demonstrate your skills. **Requirements:** \- Completed technical or university studies in food engineering, chemistry, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of work experience in food industrial plants (mandatory). \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Availability to work rotating shifts in Callao. **Main responsibilities of the Quality Assistant include:** \- Ensuring product quality and safety at all process stages until final product dispatch. \- Control and supervision of production line processes. \- Supervising Good Manufacturing Practices. \- Maintaining up-to-date documentation required at each process stage. \- Coordinating with the Shift Supervisor for activity planning. \- Inspecting compliance with established parameters for each CCP.
