Job Summary: We are seeking Air Cargo Assistants to support the receipt, movement, loading, unloading, and sorting of goods, while maintaining an orderly work area and complying with safety regulations. Opportunities for professional growth and development Air Cargo Assistant – TALMA CyL Human Talent Management Consulting is seeking candidates to join TALMA as Air Cargo Assistants, based at Jorge Chávez Airport in Callao. Main Responsibilities * Receive, move, load, and unload goods and parcels. * Support handling, sorting, and organizing air cargo. * Perform loading and unloading operations according to operational requirements. * Inspect and prepare cargo following established procedures. * Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. * Strictly comply with airport safety regulations and protocols. * Support the cargo team leader in various operational activities. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in cargo handling, warehousing, production, stowage, or other operational activities (not mandatory). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work in Callao. * Physical and operational aptitude.
