At GESCEL, a leading company in the marketing of electrical equipment and manufacturing of electrical panels, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and contribute to the growth of our projects. **Responsibilities:** * Create creative and relevant content for social media platforms on a weekly basis, * Maintaining brand identity. * Actively manage social media, * Schedule posts, * Engage with the community. * Analyze metrics weekly to optimize performance. * Identify opportunities for brand growth and development through market analysis and trend monitoring. * Prepare results reports and sales forecasts. * Support in quotations * Support in invoicing * Participate in tenders * Preparation of reports * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor **Requirements:** **Education in Marketing, Administration, Communications, or related fields.** * Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B/B2C sales or commercial marketing. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, social media, email marketing). * Proficiency in Office applications and ERP systems **We Offer:** Competitive salary. **Opportunities for growth and professional development.** Excellent work climate. · **Pleasant work environment.** · **Ongoing training on products in our portfolio.** · **MYPE payroll registration** · **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:15 PM (half-day)** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application question(s): * Desired salary expectation Work location: On-site employment
