An international freight agency with a strong track record in comprehensive logistics services is seeking to incorporate a **Customer Service Assistant** into its team. The position aims to **provide direct support to the commercial department in preparing quotations, tracking shipments, and maintaining after-sales service**, ensuring high-quality service and continuous customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in **preparing quotations** for international maritime, air, and land transportation services, coordinating with the pricing and operations departments to obtain updated and competitive rates. * **Track quotations and shipments**, from confirmation through to service completion, maintaining smooth communication with customers. * **Provide personalized attention and continuous support** before, during, and after service delivery (pre-sales, execution, and after-sales). * Manage customer inquiries, complaints, or requests, ensuring timely and professional responses. * **Coordinate with international agents, shipping lines, and providers** to ensure adherence to service timelines and conditions. * Update and maintain commercial databases, customer service reports, and performance statistics. * Collaborate with the commercial department in **identifying opportunities for improvement and customer retention**. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduated or final-year student in International Business or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in customer service or commercial support is desirable. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
