Job Summary: EFRINSA Logistics Operator seeks a Treasury Assistant to manage cash flows, payments, and tax obligations at its Customs Agency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages cash flows and payments to suppliers, agents, and customers. 2. Tracks operational documentation and generates reports. 3. Handles tax declarations and financial tools such as SINTAD. **EFRINSA Logistics Operator**, with 28 years of experience in the foreign trade sector, is seeking a Treasury Assistant for its Customs Agency located in Callao. The role will be responsible for managing and supervising the company's cash flows, ensuring financial resources are available for operations, fulfilling tax and financial obligations, and coordinating payments to suppliers, agents, and customers. **REQUIREMENTS** * Professional or technical degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration. * Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freight Forwarding and/or Customs Agencies). * Proficiency in financial and accounting tools **(Excel, financial ERPs such as SINTAD)** * Experience in managing deductions, withholdings, and collections. (Tax knowledge) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise cash inflows and outflows, bank transfers, and other payment methods. * Track documentation for reimbursable internal operations. * Receive invoices from our suppliers. * Record purchase entries. * Generate accounts payable reports. * Execute operational transfers via banking platforms. * Process payments through SUNAT's platform. * Manage PLAME and SIRE on SUNAT's platform. * Handle tax declarations and other duties as required by the department. * Payment and Collection Management. * Regulatory Compliance. * Other duties as required by the department. **SKILLS:** * Analytical ability for financial forecasting. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * Proactivity and results orientation. * Resolution of financial and operational problems. * Professional ethics and confidentiality.
