Job Summary: We are seeking a Glass Production Operator for a manufacturing company, responsible for cutting, inspection, assembly, and maintenance of glass, ensuring quality and safety. Support in maintenance and training of new staff A manufacturing company is seeking GLASS PRODUCTION OPERATORS who meet the following requirements: \- Experience in production (glass handling) \- Work certificates demonstrating relevant experience \- Residency in areas adjacent to the district of Callao RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Inspect raw materials before initiating the cutting process. \- Cut flat glass according to dimensions indicated on the label and verify against the sketch. \- Cut glass into shapes (using templates) according to measurements and diagrams in the sketch, verifying results on the computer. \- Perform cutting using an optimized batch prepared by the plant assistant. \- Deliver processed products, meeting all quality requirements per technical standards. \- Vacuum the cutting table as stipulated in the internal work regulations, then record it in the SICAN system. \- Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery. \- Orient new staff, explaining existing hazards. \- Organize production sketches in sequential order and by thickness. \- Inspect glass quality and verify correspondence with the label and production sketch. \- Trace details from the production sketch onto the glass. \- Inspect whether materials are in suitable condition for assembly. \- Assemble glass within the assembly chamber for lamination according to the production sketch. \- Perform pre-lamination of glass using the calender. \- Carry out hermetic sealing in the autoclave. \- Comply with all norms and procedures regarding Integrated Safety. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas assigned to the department. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
