Therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Ground Support Senior Technical Representative**, with the following profile: **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:** * Lead and provide specialized technical support in geomechanics, ground support, and ground control, ensuring delivery of innovative engineering solutions that add value to customers, strengthen commercial relationships, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the business through the development of technical-commercial opportunities and excellence in project execution. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in similar roles within the industry. * Postgraduate studies related to the field are desirable but not mandatory. * Intermediate level of English (desirable). * Strong knowledge of rock mechanics, structural geology, structural and geomechanical mapping. * Knowledge of various types of underground mining support systems and mining methods. * Proficiency in geomechanical software: Dips, Unwedge, RS2, RS3, FLAC3D, 3DEC, Griddle, among others. * Knowledge of integrated safety systems, environmental management, occupational health and safety. * Familiarity with current Peruvian safety regulations applicable to underground mining. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide engineering advisory support on topics such as: mining design, static and dynamic support design, geomechanical simulations, geomechanical assessments, induced seismicity, and microseismic monitoring, among other cutting-edge topics. * Provide specialized technical support to the commercial team during quotation, tendering, and project closing processes. * Participate in technical visits, field inspections, and client meetings to identify improvement opportunities and new solutions. * Supervise the correct application and installation of support products, ensuring technical and operational compliance. * Train internal staff and clients on geomechanics, ground support, and ground control topics. * Develop trusted technical relationships with strategic clients to reinforce the company’s market positioning. * Contribute to developing technical-commercial strategies aimed at the company’s growth and competitiveness. * Provide engineering advisory support on topics such as: static and dynamic support design, geomechanical simulations, geomechanical assessments, induced seismicity, and microseismic monitoring, among other cutting-edge topics. * Coordinate with technical and commercial management teams to propose, justify, promote, develop, and/or execute new business opportunities for the Company. * Analyze customer needs and suggest efficient and timely continuous improvements. **Why DSI Underground?** * We value diversity, respect for the individual, and integrity. * Be part of a multinational company recognized as an industry expert. * We are committed to continuous training and development of specialized talent. * Stable employment with a well-established market player. * We take pride in our people, talent, and who we are. **LOCATION:** * Av.
