This is your opportunity!** At H\-elarte, we seek a committed, dynamic, and service-oriented Production Operator – Crepes \& Waffles to ensure consistent, standardized, and high-quality production. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare batters, mixes, and base doughs for crepes and waffles according to technical specifications. * Operate griddles and waffle irons: control timing, temperatures, and texture. * Perform mise en place for toppings, sauces, and fillings; replenish during service. * Standardize portion sizes, weights, and presentations for delivery to the dining area. * Record daily production, waste, and inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Verify quality and expiration dates of ingredients; request restocking as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized work area; clean and sanitize equipment and utensils. * Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and food safety standards. **Requirements** * Technical education in Culinary Arts or Pastry (preferred). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in pastry, creperie, or waffle production. * Knowledge of griddle and waffle iron operation, including temperature control. * Ability to work with standards, under pressure, and collaboratively. * Valid health certificate. * Availability for shifts from 4 PM to 12 AM. **We Offer** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Meals provided during the shift. * Positive work environment and learning opportunities. * Opportunities for growth within the restaurant. **Interested?
