Job Summary: Newrest is seeking a Pastry Assistant to support the preparation and production of bakery, pastry, and confectionery products, ensuring proper use of equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in the preparation of bakery and pastry products 2. Achievement of production targets 3. Handling and cleaning of utensils and equipment Newrest is a multinational catering company, currently operating in over 58 countries and present in Peru. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in Air Catering, Concessions, Retail, and Remote Site Services—including food service, maintenance, and hospitality. We are currently seeking a Pastry Assistant with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Technical studies in baking and/or pastry * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions * Residency in Callao or neighboring districts RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist throughout the entire process of preparing bakery, pastry, and confectionery products. * Meet production targets for bakery, pastry, and confectionery products. * Correctly and safely use and clean work utensils and equipment: knives, dough sheeters, ovens, etc. * Provide support in tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
