Responsibilities focused on culinary excellence and hygiene A prominent restaurant in Miraflores is currently seeking Cooks/Kitchen Assistants who meet the following profile: Requirements: \- Completed secondary education \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. \- Available to work in Miraflores. \- Available for full-time employment. \- Available to work rotating shifts, including opening and closing. Responsibilities: * Prepare dishes requested by the service department. * Place supply orders required by the kitchen manager. * Observe product shelf life according to expiration dates and storage conditions. * Carry out and verify cleaning, disinfection, and organization of equipment and tools in the area, in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Check the condition of supplies and compliance with required quantities. * Perform mise en place and area production for service. * Report shortages, production output, inventory, and wastage to the kitchen manager. * Inform the kitchen manager of any incidents occurring in the area.
