S/ 1,700) Job Description A major factory is currently seeking **Production Assistants with or without experience** for operational tasks at its plant. We seek responsible individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to perform physical work. Responsibilities * Perform product picking according to dispatch orders. * Verify codes, quantities, and condition of mattresses. * Assist in loading and unloading of goods. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety and quality protocols. * Stand and move constantly during work. Requirements * Completed or incomplete secondary education * With or without experience in production, warehouse, stacking, construction, merchandising, or other operational roles. * Availability for rotating shifts (morning and night). * Willingness to work paid overtime. * Good attitude and responsibility. Benefits * Base salary: S/ 1,280 per month. * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Average monthly income including overtime: **approx.
