Job Summary: We are seeking a Nutrition Assistant responsible for the preparation, service, and distribution of diets, ensuring food safety and cleanliness of the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment setup functions for daily service We are SERVICIOS BRICKELL SAC, a food concessionaire with over 10 years of experience in the market. Currently, we are urgently seeking a Nutrition Assistant with the following profile. Requirements: FUNCTIONS: \* Collect prepared meals from the production area according to diet orders issued by the Floor Nutritionist. \* Assemble trays according to indicators provided by the Floor Nutritionist for each patient. \* Serve meals while adhering to food safety rules. \* Distribute diets to hospitalized patients for consumption. \* Responsible for assigned cleaning duties per the floor cleaning and disinfection schedule. \* Equipment setup functions: inspect equipment and tools required for the next day. \* Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting trays, tableware, and utensils used for diet assembly, as well as the area used for this purpose. \* Perform other duties assigned by management within their scope of competence to achieve departmental objectives. REQUIREMENTS \* Graduate or Technician in Nutrition and Dietetics. \* Academic transcripts from recent semesters or graduation certificate or technician title. \* Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food biosafety. \* Minimum 6 months of experience as a Nutrition Assistant. \* Valid health certificate or ability to obtain one promptly. \* National Identity Document (DNI) / CERTIJOVEN or CERTIADULTO. \* Work location: Alcántara Hospital - La Molina Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week.
