To achieve this, we are looking to welcome the following role to our team: **PASTRY ASSISTANT: LA MOLINA AREA** **PASTRY ASSISTANT \-LA MOLINA AREA** **What do you need?** * Completed secondary education and/or studies in pastry arts, baking, confectionery, culinary arts, or related fields. * Experience in decorating and assembling cakes, pastries, bite-sized treats, desserts, and/or similar items. * Basic knowledge of pastry or baking production techniques. * Availability to work with one rotating weekly day off during weekdays. * Availability for rotating 8-hour shifts scheduled weekly between opening and closing hours, up to 9:15 PM. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment registration with full statutory benefits (profit-sharing bonuses, health insurance, family allowance, and annual bonuses). * Market-competitive remuneration \+ fixed monthly bonus. * Training for your professional development within the department and a certified career path. * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payroll payments. **What will be your challenges?** * Decorating, assembling, and producing desserts, cakes, pastries, and bite-sized treats. * Assisting in preparing various pastry department work areas. * Adhering to workplace safety and cleanliness standards.
