Opportunities for development and growth Pre-professional / Professional Intern in Organizational Psychology (HR) **Location:** Callao \- La Perla (On-site mode) **Job Type:** Internship (Flexible schedule) **Department:** Human Resources / Talent Acquisition **About the position:** We are looking for students in their final academic cycles or graduates of Psychology with a strong vocation for the organizational field. You will join our Human Resources team to learn and actively support recruitment, assessment, and personnel selection processes. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Support in recruitment, assessment, and personnel selection processes. * Management and handling of personnel and candidate documentation (both digital and physical formats). * Updating and maintaining databases using digital tools (Excel spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint, videos, etc.). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Psychology students (preferably in their final cycles) or graduates. * **Knowledge:** Interest and/or desirable knowledge in recruitment, assessment, and selection processes. * **Tools:** Intermediate-level proficiency in Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * **Experience:** Prior experience is not required; what matters most is your proactivity, interpersonal communication skills, and genuine interest in developing within the organizational field. * **Availability:** Must be available to work on-site in **Callao \- La Perla**. **Benefits:** * **Certified internships** (valuable for your pre-professional or professional experience). * **Ongoing training** to enhance your HR profile. * A positive **work environment**. * Real **opportunities for development** and growth within the department.
