This position combines **customer service**, **store cleanliness maintenance**, and **handling of heavy merchandise** (e.g., pet food bags, cat litter bags, etc.). If you are passionate about animals, proactive, and have the energy to take on both physical and commercial challenges, this role is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * **Customer Service and Sales:** Greet, advise, and assist customers with their purchases of pet food, accessories, and veterinary medications. * **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Ensure order, hygiene, and excellent presentation across all store areas (shelves, floors, storage zone). * **Heavy Lifting and Logistics:** Receive suppliers, load/unload, and organize heavy merchandise (pet food bags up to 15kg\-25kg, cat litter boxes, etc.). * **Inventory Control:** Assist in restocking shelves and checking product expiration dates. **Job Requirements** * **Preference:** Male (due to the continuous physical effort required for moving merchandise and warehouse operations). * **Experience:** Prior experience in customer service, warehouse work, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory if you possess the right attitude. * **Skills:** Proactivity, punctuality, good interpersonal skills, and above all, empathy and genuine affection for pets. **We Offer** * A positive work environment. * Training on veterinary sector brands and products. * Opportunities for career advancement based on performance.
