Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and plan pavement projects, prepare reports, and manage resources. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and planning of civil engineering projects 2. Training programs and career path **REQUIREMENTS:** * Hold a minimum of 2 years of active membership in the Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering professional association. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar projects. * Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, or Supervision Head. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Intermediate-level office software proficiency. * Experience in pavement maintenance. * Experience in rigid and flexible pavement works. * Knowledge of hot-mix asphalt pavement. * Willingness to work in Callao **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise project execution. * Weekly planning of control activities. * Develop and plan a work schedule for services. * Prepare validations supported by quantity take-offs. * Develop and update the weekly S-curve of completed quantities. * Prepare requests for contract extensions to the contractor. * Prepare weekly reports, production statistics, and quality reports regarding project progress. * Prepare proposals for additional economic compensation. * Manage and procure raw materials. * Construction planning. **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one * Social benefits under the microenterprise regime * Pleasant working environment * Team-building meetings * Training programs * Career path Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.4,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
