Job Summary: Newrest is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for duties including receiving, verification, storage, organization, order preparation, and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in warehouses (operational or service sector) 2. Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of inventory control (Kardex) 3. Focused on gastronomy, our operations span Airline Catering, Concessions, Retail, and Food Services, Maintenance, and Hospitality at Remote Sites (regulated regime). We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Availability to work in Callao on a shift from 1 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week * Completed Secondary Education * Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year performing similar duties in warehouses (preferably in the operational or service sector) * Knowledge: Basic/intermediate Excel skills and basic knowledge of inventory control (Kardex) BENEFITS: * Enrollment in Newrest’s payroll from Day 1 (General Regime) * All statutory benefits (Profit Sharing, CTS, Bonus) * Fixed salary plus mobility allowance * 100% meal coverage according to work shift RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receiving and Verification: Receive, count, and verify that supplies and merchandise entering the warehouse exactly match delivery notes and purchase orders. * Storage and Organization: Classify, place, and arrange merchandise on assigned shelves or zones, maintaining order, cleanliness, and ensuring correct inventory rotation (applying the FIFO system: First In, First Out).
