Your mission will be to ensure passengers always have baggage handling tools available, maintaining order and cleanliness in terminal facilities. **What do we offer?** * **Salary:** S/ 1,130 per month. * **Payroll enrollment:** With all statutory benefits (Bonuses, CTS, Vacation, Social Security, Family Allowance). * **Training:** 4 days of training (3 virtual + 1 in-person) prior to starting duties. * **Career path:** Growth opportunities based on performance. * **Workplace climate:** Excellent work environment and constant support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collection and storage of baggage carts across various airport areas. * Strategic redistribution of carts in assigned passenger-use zones. * Daily cleaning and basic maintenance of baggage carts. * Reporting incidents and equipment counts at the end of each shift. * Compliance with airport service safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (certificate mandatory). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residence in areas near the Airport (Callao, San Martín de Porres, Los Olivos, etc.). * Willingness to perform physical effort due to the dynamic nature of the job.
