




Job Summary: Support the dispatch supervisor in logistics, distribution, and organization of finished products, including route planning and coordination with carriers. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of product deliveries and dispatches to customers. 2. Development and execution of delivery plans and optimized routes. 3. Logistical coordination with production, warehouse, and carriers. Support the Dispatch Supervisor * Deliver products to customers in Lima, Callao, and provincial areas. * Prepare and execute customer delivery plans. * Develop route strategy planning activities to improve product and merchandise delivery. * Monitor and organize activities related to receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished products. * Prepare merchandise for customers. * Issue shipping guides. * Schedule appointments for merchandise receipt at customer locations. * Perform container outbound transactions in the RP Prime system. * Coordinate with the production manager regarding product preparation to schedule dispatches. * Request accessories and equipment from the Warehouse area for dispatch scheduling. * Coordinate with carriers to execute daily dispatches. * Request third-party services for box assembly and transportation. * Support the Warehouse and Production areas in additional tasks. * Deliver shipping guides to the Billing area. * Inspect and approve finished products delivered by the Production area. * Stretch-wrapping, packaging, labeling, tagging, and packing. * IBC washing. * Support the immediate supervisor in their duties. • Comply with occupational health and safety regulations as well as environmental requirements for performing departmental activities Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
