WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE BENEFITS: * Direct payroll enrollment (all statutory benefits\+ESSALUD\+FAMILY ALLOWANCE\+PROFITS) * Transportation allowance \+ attendance bonus * Salary: PEN 1,150.00/month, increasing to PEN 1,180.00/year * 70% food coverage * Positive work environment RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate various machines (ringing\-preparation\-cutting\-rubber processing and manual operations). * Maintain a clean and orderly workstation. * Comply with quality and safety standards, as well as internal workplace regulations. * Know emergency evacuation routes. * Follow work instructions. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education * Availability for overtime hours * Availability for rotating shifts: Shift 1: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:15 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM–12:30 PM Shift 2: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:15 PM.
