Analyzes KPIs to propose continuous improvement actions **We are China's most recognized brand \- DONGFENG MOTOR PERU** We are seeking top talent to fill the position of: **PDI Workshop Planner** Mission: Plan and schedule work in Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle PDI workshops according to procedures to meet committed vehicle delivery deadlines. Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate equipment installation, bodywork and painting (B\&P) in workshops to achieve departmental objectives. * Plan vehicle commitment dates based on established timeframes to ensure delivery to the customer on the agreed date. * Review daily PDI production progress and report deviations from the plan to enable timely corrective actions. * Present weekly PDI workshop KPIs to analyze data and propose continuous improvement actions. Requirements: * Completed Technical Degree \- mandatory * Related to Business Sciences or Mechanical Engineering \- mandatory * Minimum 2 years of work experience * Excel proficiency (intermediate level) \- mandatory * Experience and/or technical knowledge in the automotive industry * Benefits ​​​​​​​Corporate benefits Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
