Job Summary: PULICORP SAC is seeking an experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Operator skilled in polishing industrial floors, marble, terrazzo, granite, and concrete using specialized machinery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of industrial floor polishers, burnishers, and scrubbers. 2. Application of polishing products for different surfaces. 3. Willingness to learn new polishing and restoration techniques. **CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OPERATOR** We are PULICORP SAC, a leading Peruvian company specializing in the recovery and restoration of industrial flooring, with expertise in treating concrete slabs and surfaces, marble, terrazzo, granite, tiles, concrete, and cobblestone floors. We are currently seeking a Floor Polisher to join our team. If you possess skills in operating polishing machinery, cleaning, and maintenance, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Age: 25 to 45 years old **\* Willingness to travel across various districts of Lima** **\* Proficiency in operating burnishers, vacuum cleaners, industrial scrubbers, polishers, and burnishers.** \* Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (with one day off per week, preferably Sunday) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Inspect and prepare polishing equipment prior to commencing work. \* Apply appropriate polishing products for each surface type—marble, terrazzo, or concrete. \* Adjust polishing techniques according to material type and desired finish. \* Operate specialized machinery for surface polishing, adjusting machines and polishing pads as needed to achieve the desired finish. \* Report progress and any issues or special requirements to supervisors; submit daily progress reports. \* Demonstrate willingness to learn new techniques and products in the field of floor polishing and restoration, including participation in company-provided training. **BENEFITS:** \* Salary: S/1,500.00 \* Transportation allowance: S/300.00 \* MYPE payroll: Only 15 vacation days per year.
