MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support in export operational processes from intake through post-shipment - Client advisory on questions, claims, and inquiries - Update export schedules - Request bookings from shipping lines - Create references in systems with details of VESSEL, VOYAGE, ETA, CUT-OFF, DESTINATION, WAREHOUSE - Supervise cargo, containers, and intake dates - Coordinate with warehouses and shipping lines for efficient shipments - Ensure proper container loading - Register MBL matrix in shipping lines’ systems - Prepare drafts of HBLs (House Bill of Lading) - Track DAM numbering and delivery to the warehouse - Assign containers for each type of cargo the client requires for export, coordinating required equipment with shipping lines **REQUIREMENTS**: - Final-year student or graduate in International Trade or International Business - Prior logistics experience (preferred) **DETAILS**: - Salary: Competitive and market-aligned - Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) and Saturday (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) Are you interested?
