Job Description: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Efficiently supervise and manage video surveillance and alarm systems; this role is critical to ensuring the security and continuous monitoring of our facilities and clients. * Primary responsibility is real-time monitoring of security cameras, identifying and reporting any suspicious activity. * Contact external physical security units to verify their status and confirm normal operation. * Maintain detailed records of recordings and incidents; ensure systems operate correctly at all times and report issues to the area supervisor. * Prepare reports, incident documentation, and other materials supporting effective service delivery. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of experience operating CCTV systems (preferred but not mandatory). * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel) (preferred). * Email composition skills. * Availability to work night shifts on a 6x1 schedule. * Willingness to commute to Santa Catalina \- La Victoria. **BENEFITS:** * Enrollment in REMYPE payroll from Day 1. * Statutory life insurance. * Market-competitive salary. * Pleasant work environment. * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings).
