Position Summary: IPH International Freight Agency is seeking an experienced Pricing professional to prepare quotations, analyze costs, negotiate rates, and provide support to the commercial team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support to the commercial team and strengthening of strategic relationships. 2. Preparation of import and export quotations. 3. Cost, margin, and profitability analysis. IPH INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT AGENCY seeks to hire an experienced PRICING professional to support the commercial team and contribute to strengthening relationships with our strategic partners. Requirements: * University graduate or bachelor’s degree in International Trade or International Business Administration and/or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in customs agencies and/or international freight forwarders. * Advanced English (desirable). Responsibilities: * Prepare import and export quotations (FCL, LCL, Air, and comprehensive logistics services). * Analyze costs, margins, and profitability per operation and per client. * Request, negotiate, and update rates with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and logistics operators. * Maintain updated and organized rate databases. * Provide commercial area support for opportunities, tenders, and strategic clients. * Identify opportunities for cost optimization, new routes, or new suppliers. * Prepare competitiveness, margin, and market trend reports. * Support agent accounts with consigned shipments, indicating Net and Sale amounts per shipment. * Record and update control charts and departmental information. * Comply with internal policies, minimum margins, and approval processes. COMPETENCIES * Advanced negotiation and effective communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in teams. * Results-oriented mindset and data-driven decision-making skills. * Knowledge of international trade and customs (desirable). * CRM, logistics ERP, or rate management system proficiency (desirable).
