Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Assistant to provide operational and administrative support in safety, occupational health, and environmental management within a chain of service stations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in safety, occupational health, and environmental management 2. Participation in inspections and incident follow-up 3. Assistance in environmental monitoring and report preparation The company, engaged in fuel sales and operating a chain of service stations, is looking for an SSOMA ASSISTANT. REQUIREMENTS: Studies in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate and/or Advanced Excel skills (report generation). AutoCAD proficiency. Certified experience in similar roles. Availability to work Monday through Saturday in an industry operating 365 days per year. Vehicle operation capability for transportation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide operational and administrative support to the safety, occupational health, and environmental management system. Assist in conducting environmental monitoring. Participate in internal EDS inspections. Follow up on incident, accident, unsafe act, and unsafe condition reports, proposing corrective and preventive measures. Assist in preparing and presenting Environmental Monitoring Reports. Deliver SGSST trainings and capacity-building sessions. Register and update SSOMA documentation. Support solid waste management and tracking of environmental compliance obligations. Prepare quotations for emergency equipment at EDS locations. Other duties as required for the position.
