Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage financial direction and supervise fund management. 2. Evaluate profitability and optimize liquidity. 3. Prepare and analyze budgets and financial indicators. Job Description: ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analysis services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking a **FINANCE MANAGER**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Administration, or related fields. *(Preferred: Specialization or Master's degree)*. * Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, treasury, budgeting, or managerial/leadership positions. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Leadership, analytical ability, negotiation skills, and decision-making capability. **Key Knowledge Areas:** * Profitability assessment, cost analysis, cash flow management, and financial indicators. * Credit management, accounts receivable recovery, and negotiation with financial institutions. * Compliance with tax obligations and ERP/LIMS system operation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Direct and supervise the company's financial management. * Plan and control fund availability and cash flow. * Manage relationships with financial institutions and alternative financing options. * Supervise loans, financial obligations, and tax liabilities. * Evaluate profitability of services, projects, and investments. * Supervise accounts receivable, overdue payments, and accounts receivable recovery. * Prepare and analyze budgets, reports, and financial indicators. * Propose strategies to optimize liquidity and profitability. * Ensure confidentiality of financial information. **SKILLS:** * Strong interpersonal relationships and effective communication * Teamwork capability * Willingness to learn **BENEFITS:** * Timely monthly payments * Professional growth Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
