We are currently seeking a **High-Voltage Electrical Project Management and Planning Engineer**. **Ideal Profile:** A professional with experience in managing electrical transmission projects—including 138 kV or higher voltage lines and substations—with solid expertise in planning, construction, commissioning, concession contract compliance, reporting to OSINERGMIN, and coordination with COES. Results-oriented, focused on milestone delivery, stakeholder management, and comprehensive project control. **Requirements:** * Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer. * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing electrical transmission projects and substations at 138 kV or higher. * Experience in project planning, monitoring, and control across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning phases. * Knowledge of applicable regulations and regulatory requirements for electrical transmission projects. * Experience preparing and tracking regulatory reports and submissions required by OSINERGMIN and other competent authorities. * Knowledge and experience in monitoring compliance with obligations stipulated in concession agreements. * Experience in technical and administrative coordination with COES for grid connection, pre-operational, operational, energization, and commissioning processes. * Experience managing contractors, consultants, manufacturers, and other project stakeholders. * Knowledge of construction and installation of electrical transmission lines and substations. * Experience in risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and project progress control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the integrated management of electrical transmission projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, and quality. * Monitor milestones defined in the concession agreement and ensure compliance with the project’s regulatory obligations. * Coordinate the preparation and submission of reports and filings required by OSINERGMIN, MINEM, COES, and other competent authorities. * Manage technical and operational coordination with COES for facility connection, testing, pre-operational, operational, and commissioning activities. * Supervise progress across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and energization phases. * Coordinate and monitor contractors, consultants, and manufacturers to ensure adherence to schedules and deliverables. * Identify project risks and constraints and propose timely mitigation measures. * Coordinate progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders. * Prepare executive progress reports for project management. * Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, environmental, contractual, and safety requirements throughout all project phases. **Benefits:** * 100% health insurance (EPS) for employee and dependents * Hybrid work schedule * Meal card * Mobility allowance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Where do you currently reside?
