Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards in projects, guaranteeing safe and efficient operations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for ensuring compliance with SSOMA standards. 2. Supporting the implementation and updating of safe work procedures. 3. Supervising field activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations. At Corporación FAMOD S.A., we are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards, as well as Integrated Management Systems (IMS) across various projects, thereby ensuring safe, efficient, and legally compliant operations. REQUIREMENTS \- Graduate professional, bachelor's degree holder, or certified engineer in Occupational Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor or SSOMA Analyst, counted from graduation. \- Experience in mining, construction, or industrial sectors (experience in airport-related activities is desirable). \- Specialization or training courses in Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001 and/or ISO 31000\). \- Certification as a Trinorma Auditor or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\). \- Diploma, master’s degree, or specialized course in Occupational Safety and Health (minimum 100 hours). \- Certifications for high-risk work (minimum 8 hours per type: working at heights, hot work, electrical work, confined space entry, etc.). \- Knowledge and interpretation of ISO standards: 9001, 14001, 45001, and 37001\. \- Proficiency in computer tools, especially Excel at intermediate level (mandatory). \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Availability to work in Lima and/or provinces. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Monitor compliance with and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS). \- Support the implementation and updating of safe work procedures. \- Supervise field activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. \- Provide support and follow-up on action plans arising from incidents and/or accidents. \- Deliver training to staff on safety, occupational health, environmental management, and IMS. \- Conduct 5-minute safety talks before commencement of activities. \- Manage the request, distribution, and control of proper use of PPEs. \- Assist in preparing SSOMA reports, documentation, and project records. \- Maintain up-to-date physical and digital management documentation for services and the organization. \- Verify safe conditions through scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
