In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** Development and supervision of the proper implementation of Annual OSH Plans and Programs. Development, review, and updating of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control Determination (HIRAC) matrices, aligned with applicable standards for the company's sector and requirements established for strategic partners. Collaboration in the implementation and development of the safety and health policy set by management, participating in its definition, rollout, and dissemination to ensure favorable working conditions. Selection, training, and advisory support to the OSH Committee. Promotion of application of current occupational risk prevention regulations. Development, review, and implementation of OSH procedures. Coordination to conduct effective and competent supervision of high-risk work activities. Management of procurement, maintenance, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), following established guidelines to ensure availability at the right time and place. Development and monitoring of defined OSH statistics. Advising on correct procedures for investigating occupational accidents and incidents. Ensuring compliance with current legal OSH regulations and maintaining appropriate documentation for external audits. Other similar duties as assigned by the Employer or hierarchical supervisor, based on operational needs and requirements. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Hygiene and Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Experience in occupational hygiene.
