This role is responsible for adjusting and verifying laboratory equipment, issuing certificates, participating in maintenance planning and root cause analysis, and proposing innovations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE:**
* Adjust and verify laboratory and environmental monitoring equipment to comply with standard requirements and accredited methods.
* Issue verification certificates after each intervention to document the details of work performed.
* Participate in developing maintenance, verification, and calibration plans to improve equipment reliability.
* Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) to implement actions that help minimize equipment failure probability.
* Propose innovative ideas to improve organizational processes.
* Participate in internal (ALS) and external audits (INACAL, SANIPES, customer audits, accreditation, etc.).
* Qualify (checklist) maintenance personnel on the use and handling of organizational equipment.
* Participate in updating procedures, work instructions, operational diagrams, etc., for the department.
* Perform other support tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor, such as preventive maintenance, equipment qualification, etc.
