Proposal of continuous improvement initiatives We are looking for an "OPERATIONS ANALYST" who provides support to operational control and planning by managing, analyzing, and monitoring productivity and efficiency indicators across operational areas. Generating reliable information for decision-making and proposing continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and operational performance. **Responsibilities** * Conduct data and management indicator analysis. * Assist with the operational area's operational demands. * Prepare operational presentations and reports. * Identify and implement new tools that add value to the Operations Department. * Ensure consolidation and information flow across various operational areas. * Other duties related to this position. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering **(MANDATORY)** * **2 years** of experience in operations-related roles within the industrial sector **(ESSENTIAL)** * Experience in transportation, environmental services, logistics, or related sectors * Intermediate-to-advanced certified proficiency in **Power BI (ESSENTIAL)** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel **(MANDATORY)** * Knowledge of data analysis, indicator (KPI) control, and process improvement * Ability to present information, reports, and control dashboards * Availability to work at the Pueblo Libre and Trapiche locations Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
