Job Summary: The machine operator is responsible for packaging and manufacturing products, assembling and calibrating machinery, and maintaining records in accordance with GMP standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Packaging and manufacturing products according to specifications. 2. Assembly, calibration, cleaning, and record-keeping of machinery. 3. Compliance with procedures and quality controls. The machine operator performs the following duties: Packaging and/or manufacturing of products according to required specifications. Assembling and calibrating machines, and documenting and recording the process to comply with GMP standards. Performing and recording the use and cleaning of machines and/or machine-specific tools (carts, trays, pots, sieves) under the supervision of the Production Manager, and affixing the properly documented "CLEAN" label. Performing and recording in-process controls as specified in Manufacturing Guidelines. Cleaning and sanitizing the work area in accordance with established procedures. Adhering to the written procedures of the department. Consulting and/or reporting any irregularities or contingencies to the immediate supervisor, such as product spills, environmental condition issues, or equipment malfunctions. Conducting yield loss assessment after completion of the production process, including residual product (powder residues, in-process control materials).
