Position Summary:
We are seeking a Project Secretary to manage documentation, communications, personnel administration, and support projects in a dynamic and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and process project documentation and communications.
2. Support shift, accommodation, and travel administration for personnel.
3. Contribute to continuous improvements in daily processes.

Our team in Peru is expanding, and we are currently recruiting a Project Secretary.
**About the Role**
* Manage and process documentation provided by suppliers and visitors according to Ausenco requirements.
* Manage inquiries, communications, and records according to Ausenco requirements.
* Manage administration related to personnel shifts, accommodation, and travel.
* Support site inductions coordination and administration as required.
* Support projects with purchase request management.
* Raise work orders for required departments as needed.
* Provide efficient administrative support to project personnel.
* Proactively propose continuous process improvements and optimize daily management.
**About You**
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction site administration, services, or construction projects. Mining experience will be highly valued.
* Experience managing accommodation and travel systems.
* Experience using ERP systems to manage purchase requests.
* Demonstrated success in priority management.
* High level of oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite.
* Exceptional organizational skills.
