Job Summary: Engineering professional with experience in civil and industrial construction projects, specialized in SSOMA management to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) policies 2. Manage and coordinate administrative documentation and reports 3. Conduct safety training and assess high-risk activities REQUIREMENTS: · Degree-holding and registered professional in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields · Minimum 3 years of experience in civil and industrial construction projects · Specialization in SSOMA management programs KNOWLEDGE: * In-depth knowledge of legal regulations governing safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems * Knowledge of SSOMA audits, quality standards, first aid * Mandatory specialized training for high-risk activities (hot work, working at heights, electrical work, confined space work) * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2015 * Knowledge of occupational safety and health labor regulations COMPETENCIES: Teamwork Strong interpersonal skills Effective communication Planning and organization Responsible and committed Responsibilities: · Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and procedures regarding safety, occupational health, and the environment · Manage and coordinate administrative documentation, personnel files, attendance records, and absence reports · Instruct all site workers on the proper use of safety equipment · Conduct and document investigations of workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions · Evaluate, participate in, and identify hazards during the development of IPERC, ATS, PETS, and PETAR for site activities · Deliver and promote safety programs, inductions, and 5-minute safety talks · Conduct, train for, and evaluate high-risk activities and hot work · Participate in the development, implementation, and execution of the site’s occupational safety and health plan · Execute a preventive action plan through awareness training, preventive signage, etc. · Evaluate, record, and report any event or incident that could lead to an accident on site Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
